Mark has dedicated his professional life to discovering and articulating what works best in teaching, learning, and leading. He's a premier facilitator engaging participants to think and act in ways that amplify their impact.
Currently, Mark is the founder, CEO, and Chief Instigator of Transformation of Centrepointe Leadership and Chief Excellence Officer of Quantum Learning Global. He's enjoyed 40+ years in the training industry which includes roles as an elementary and middle school teacher, middle and high school principal, trainer, Chief Learning Officer, consultant, speaker, and author.
His most current focus is partnering with leaders to amplify their capacity to inspire, equip, and empower people to take positive action through the application of Intentional Communication and the 3 Essential Elements of a dynamic culture.
Mark earned a B.A. in Psychology and Religion from California Lutheran University, a teaching credential from Biola University, and an M.S. in Educational Administration from California State University, Fullerton. As a faculty member for the Masters in Educational Leadership at California State University, San Marcos, Mark teaches and mentors aspiring principals.
When not engaged in his professional endeavors, Mark enjoys cycling, hiking, tennis, playing drums, and anything chocolate.
Mark is blessed to have the love and support of his wife, Lynn, and their two boys, Noah and Tate.

Next to anything chocolate, I love to help others learn.
It’s not just sensing those “aha” moments in learners that bring me satisfaction. It’s guiding them to internalize and implement what they’ve learned.
During my 42 years in the fields of education and training, I’m blessed to have been an elementary teacher, Chief Learning Officer, middle and high school principal, trainer of educators and corporate teams, and mentor to leaders, adjunct faculty, consultant, speaker, and author.
Since my early days as a classroom teacher, my focus has been on what works best in learning, facilitating, and leading as I’ve gained a grasp of the neuroscience of cognitive and emotional processing, the psychology of motivation and behavior change, and expertise in instructional design and delivery for engagement and mastery.
